Tonescape
About Tonescape
Browse photos of mountains, lakes, beaches, deserts, aurora, night skies, cities, mosques, wildlife and real space images from NASA. Pick 1080p, 2K or 4K and Tonescape shows only photos that really fill that screen, with no stretching. Set any photo as your background in one click, choose how it fits, including spanning all your monitors, or download it at the size you want.
Keep the photos you love in Favorites, which also work with the Windows slideshow, or let Tonescape change your wallpaper automatically, from every 15 minutes to once a day. Every photo shows who took it and its license, with a link to the original on Wikimedia Commons or the NASA Image and Video Library.
The ringtone maker opens MP3, M4A, WAV, FLAC and OGG files, or even a video. Drag the handles to choose the part you love or press Find the chorus, add a fade in and fade out, and save an iPhone ringtone (.m4r, up to 40 seconds) or an Android ringtone (.mp3). Your songs never leave your PC. Wallpapers need an internet connection; the ringtone maker works offline.
Tonescape is not affiliated with or endorsed by NASA or the Wikimedia Foundation. On Windows N editions, saving iPhone ringtones needs Microsoft's free Media Feature Pack.
